Female
– 19-28 years old

– POS system literate / Computer literate.

Accounting Associate

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy/ Accounting Technology/Management Accounting / Banking & Finance.
• With at least 1-2 years experience in the same field.
• Good analytical and statistical reporting
• Attentive to details and must be a team player
• Can handle fund management, timely collections, credit monitoring, payables, receivables, financial reports, disbursements, etc.
• Familiar with bank and government transactions like payments, remittances and government documents processing.
• Computer literate, teamplayer, trustworthy, analytic, flexible.
• Highly analytical, has keen eye for details & results-oriented- Trustworthy & can maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information

Sales Associate

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

Corporate Sales Representative

Position Overview: Role Priorities

  • Need to achieve and hit the given quota;
  • Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with new corporate accounts and telephone calls inquiries – telemarketing and emails;
  • Arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business, field work.
  • Negotiating the terms, conditions, agreement and closing sales;
  • Gathering market and customer information
  • Representing our company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
  • Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions;
  • Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customers.
  • Recording sales and order information, entering figures into a computer system – reporting;
  • Gaining a clear understanding of customer’s business and requirements;
  • Making accurate and providing customers with quotations
  • Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues
  • Undertakes other related tasks and duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree.

At least 6 months -1year of working experience as Sales Consultant or similar position.
